Custom Printed Products
Many of our products, including T-shirts and coffee mugs, are made to order. Because these items are custom printed after your order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item.
Returns
We only accept returns for eligible items that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect item, size, color, or design sent
- Missing from the order
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged
We will review your request and let you know if the item qualifies for a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect:
- Custom printed T-shirts
- Custom printed coffee mugs
- Personalized items
- Made-to-order products
- Items worn, washed, used, or altered by the customer
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or quantity by the customer
Size Issues
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
Because our T-shirts are printed after the order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit due to the wrong size being ordered.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production or has shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once we review your request, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement item
- A refund
- Store credit
- Another appropriate resolution
Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, a defective item, or a damaged item.
Exchanges
Because our products are custom printed, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or design changes unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Humor Warehouse is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but lost or stolen after delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when the issue is not due to an error by Humor Warehouse.
