Thank you for shopping with Humor Warehouse. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our Shopify store.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Because many of our products are custom printed, processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, or production delays.

Orders are not usually processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, such as:

Free shipping offers may be subject to change and may apply only to eligible items, order quantities, or shipping locations.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to: United States only.

At this time, we may not be able to ship to certain addresses, including some P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations, depending on the carrier and product.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery time after processing is approximately: 3-7 business days for standard U.S. shipping.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Humor Warehouse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Humor Warehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery area.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  4. Contact us if you still need help.

For packages delayed in transit, we recommend checking the tracking information first. If there has been no movement for several days, contact us and we will help review the situation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging, if available

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement or resolution.

Missing or Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and a photo of what you received.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages, especially if you order multiple product types such as T-shirts and coffee mugs. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

International Shipping

At this time, Humor Warehouse does not offer international shipping.
